General terms

These terms govern access to and use of metaleadmaxify services, including director training, group workshops, and individual coaching engagements. The terms set expectations for conduct, payment, intellectual property, and program participation and rely on real-world examples and practical case scenarios to illustrate typical client interactions.

Eligibility to use services

Services are available to legal adults acting in a professional capacity, such as company directors, board members, senior executives and designated representatives authorized by their organizations. Access may require verification of role and company affiliation for participation in certain modules or case-based cohorts.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. metaleadmaxify may request identification or organizational confirmation where age or role is relevant to program eligibility.

You agree to use services lawfully and for legitimate business purposes. Prohibited uses include fraudulent activity, unauthorized distribution of confidential information, or use of training materials for illegal ends.

Some programs or materials may be subject to export controls or local regulations. Availability may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; if restrictions apply, we will notify applicants during registration and provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

Account and access

Users creating accounts for metaleadmaxify services are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding access credentials. Accounts enable program registration, access to learning materials and submission of case study contributions.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Inaccurate details that affect scheduling or program delivery must be corrected promptly to ensure continuity of coaching and case-based activities.

Keep passwords and access controls secure. Notify metaleadmaxify promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident affecting your account so we can take containment measures.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicit written consent is provided by metaleadmaxify for organizational transfers or role replacements within a company.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our operations team immediately with details of the affected account and recent activity. Prompt reporting helps preserve case study integrity and participant confidentiality.

We may suspend or restrict access for breach of terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or behavior that disrupts programs. Suspension decisions consider documented incidents and precedents from similar case scenarios.

Services offered

metaleadmaxify delivers director-level training, bespoke business coaching, board retreats, and scenario-based workshops. Services use real-world case studies, simulated scenarios, and practical exercises designed to develop governance, strategic decision-making and leadership skills.

Service details, schedules, and faculty may change; participants will receive notice and options to reschedule or select an alternative session where changes materially affect delivery.

Sessions are scheduled in Thailand time zones and availability depends on cohort size and instructor schedules. We publish session calendars on metaleadmaxify.click and provide case-specific logistics in pre-course briefings.

Participant rules and conduct

To maintain a productive learning environment, participants must follow conduct guidelines rooted in practical case work and respect for peer confidentiality.

  • Engage respectfully: treat peers, coaches and staff with professional courtesy during sessions and case discussions.
  • Maintain confidentiality: do not disclose confidential business information introduced in workshops without consent.
  • No illegal activities: do not use the platform or events to plan or facilitate unlawful conduct.
  • No harassment or discrimination: abusive behavior, threats or discriminatory remarks are prohibited.
  • No spam or solicitation: refrain from unsolicited commercial outreach to fellow participants without prior consent.
  • Follow IP and content rules: respect copyrights and licenses associated with course materials and case studies.
  • Honest engagement: provide truthful information when participating in assessments, applications and case-study submissions.

User content and case contributions

Participants may submit case studies, role-play materials, feedback and other user content to support practical learning. These contributions enrich cohort learning and may be used for anonymized educational purposes.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to any organizational agreements you specify at the time of submission for proprietary materials.

By submitting content, you grant metaleadmaxify a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish anonymized or redacted versions for training, assessment and promotional case examples, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate third-party rights, contains no personal data of minors, and is lawful. Do not include confidential or sensitive data without appropriate authorization and redaction.

To request removal of your user content, contact support with the content identifier and rationale. Removal requests will be assessed against contractual, legal and archival obligations and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

All metaleadmaxify content, curricula, training materials and branding are protected intellectual property. Use of materials is granted for personal professional development and internal organizational training only, unless a separate license is provided.

  • Do not reproduce course materials for commercial resale without a written license from metaleadmaxify.
  • Do not remove proprietary notices, activity or attributions from materials used for internal presentations or summaries.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source materials from proprietary digital resources.

Paid services and billing

Certain courses, executive coaching packages and bespoke advisory services are paid. Pricing and payment terms are set out at registration and in the program agreement and may vary by cohort or custom engagement.

Prices displayed on metaleadmaxify.click or in proposals are in the indicated currency and reflect the scope described in the program materials. Case-based custom engagements include a detailed scope of work and price schedule.

Payments are due as specified in the invoice or agreement. Accepted payment methods are detailed during registration. Late payments may result in access restrictions until the balance is resolved.

Subscription services (if offered) auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are provided in the subscription terms and in the account dashboard.

Refund requests are considered based on the nature of the program and timing of the request. Refunds for live cohort participation are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account delivered materials and consumed services.

Clients can cancel enrolled sessions within the cancellation windows specified at purchase. For bespoke engagements, cancellation terms are those set out in the written engagement agreement.

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or withholding that apply to paid services in their jurisdiction. Tax treatment may vary by client location and corporate status.

We may update pricing for future cohorts and services. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless expressly noted in communications prior to the event.

Non-payment may lead to suspension of access, withholding of certifications, or recovery actions for outstanding balances in line with the law.

Disclaimer

Training, coaching and case simulations are educational and intended to support professional development. Outcomes depend on participant actions, organizational context and external factors; results vary and are not assured by metaleadmaxify.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, metaleadmaxify's liability for direct damages arising from use of services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business interruption losses arising from use of the services or reliance on training outcomes.

Third-party services

Where third-party platforms or vendors are used (for payments, videoconferencing or content hosting), those providers' terms apply. metaleadmaxify is not responsible for third-party performance, but will coordinate resolution efforts and provide support documentation where feasible.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the written agreement. metaleadmaxify may terminate or suspend services for breaches, non-payment or behavior inconsistent with participant rules.

On termination, access to session materials and platforms may be revoked. Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in the paid services terms or written agreement.

Privacy policy

Our privacy practices are set out in the Privacy Policy available at metaleadmaxify.click/privacy. The policy explains data collection, use, retention and rights procedures relevant to participants and visitors.

Communications

Notices, confirmations and program communications will be sent by email, account dashboard messages, or postal mail where required. Contractual notices should be sent to the contact address listed below and will be deemed received according to the methods specified in the agreement.

Changes to terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated in advance and will include practical examples of how updates affect typical participant scenarios.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under the choice of law specified in the agreement and subject to local legal processes where applicable.

Dispute resolution

Parties should first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. For unresolved disputes, the parties may agree to mediation or arbitration in Thailand. Where injunctive relief is required, parties may seek interim measures in competent courts.
